We are look for a Client Services Coordinator to join our office in Yeovil on a 1 year fixed term contract, you will be an integral part of our team and a key point of contact for our valued clients, strengthening client relationships.
This role is busy and varied and as such, it will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. You are extremely organised with the ability to work to moving deadlines, you are open to change with a flexible approach to developing and improving process.
You are a vital touchpoint for clients ensuring correspondence is timely, accurate and efficient. Establishing a good rapport and high levels of trust with clients, you will contribute to the efficient workflow within the team and therefore ultimately to client service satisfaction.
It is likely that you have experience in supervisory role as a Senior Administrator or Client Coordinator in a Professional Services environment. As committed as us in working paperless, you are confident and competent in your computer skills. Using online system daily, such as CCH, to maintain online filing and record completion.
