Old Mill are on an exciting journey as part of Making Tax Digital, growing a small team to roll out our Digital Bookkeeping service.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to lead our new team of Digital Bookkeepers.
As a senior bookkeeper you will support with queries, check that work is completed accurately and on time whilst managing the work flow. Responsibilities will include posting entries from accounts, reconciliation and checking records, and submitting VAT returns. A knowledge of Xero would be beneficial but not essential, your previous experience in other systems will give you a great grounding to get to grips and learn the Xero way.
You will be part of something innovative and exciting and as such it’s important that you are motivated by a challenge.
As part of our expansion we are looking for someone who enjoys embracing technology and is passionate about providing a high quality service. Based at our friendly office in Yeovil you will work as a full time member of staff, supporting a team of two and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
